Key Learnings and Recommendations on Improving the Sales Process
Join us on Thursday, September 23 at 10am PST when special guest Jim Dickie, Managing Partner of CSO Insights, will present research results and recommendations from recent CSO Insights surveys that focus on sales process improvements.
In a recent CSO Insights survey of worldwide companies, more than 3,000 companies reported a significant decrease in sales performance in 2009. The percentage of salespeople making quota dropped from 58.8% to 51.5% last year. Despite this drop, 85% of surveyed firms indicated they were raising quotas again this year. In addition, less than 50% of forecast deals are resulting in a win. What's needed to turn this alarming trend around?
In this webinar, we'll discuss:
- The key components of the sales process
- The benefits of dynamic sales process management
- Sales Process Management 2.0: How reps and managers can better use CRM data to close more deals
